We conduct home visits where possible before accepting tenants to residential properties. All our tenants are offered a welcome pack and have an easy to report maintenance system. Our friendly team is always on hand to assist. We carry out quarterly visits to the properties to ensure everything is ok. There is nothing worse than getting a property back from a tenant after a tenancy to find a shopping list of repairs & to find the carpets are completely trashed. By regular visits you can act on any unreported maintenance and deal with any neglect to the property before it is too late.
Our team is well informed on the current standards for HMO regulation as well as the new standards of room size requirements, waste management plans and anti-social behaviour policies along with other ruling that comes into play with Act 2006. Our knowledge of HMOs regulations means we can assist you with your current HMO or if you have a property that now requires an HMO licence. (5 or more unrelated persons living in any size dwelling).

Working alongside landlord & tenants to solve the problems. When a tenancy starts to go bad it can often turn into a nightmare. We have fixed many a problem.
When we can’t help, we have access to a legal team, with a wealth of knowledge on evictions.
