It is a legal requirement for letting agents to join a Client Money Protect Scheme for the benefit of all clients.

In the event of misappropriate actions  by Rooms 2 Let , you can contact the scheme and make a compensation claim.

If a genuine claim is received the scheme will recompense landlord or tenant and seek recovery from Rooms 2 Let Sunderland
