Rooms to Let work with landlords to find tenants for their properties. We will find the right tenant for the property, carry out references. Once completed we will hand over the tenant ready to check in.
Problem Solving
We also offer a problem-solving service. This is a service available for landlords who have been managing their tenancy and things have turned sour. We take over as the middle person. Working alongside landlord & tenants to solve the problems. When a tenancy starts to go bad it can often turn into a nightmare. We have fixed many a problem.
